Carolyn T. Dang is an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior. She earned her B.A. in Social Psychology from The University of Chicago, and her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington in Seattle. Her research focuses on behavioral ethics, social hierarchy, and work design. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as the Academy of Management Review, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Business & Society. She currently teaches Organizational Behavior and Diversity (MGMT 306).
