Current Students - Executive MBA

The Executive MBA is an innovative and unique degree program designed for executives and leaders in a variety of industries. The cross-disciplinary courses in business allows graduates to learn and build knowledge on leadership, organizational structures, accounting, finance, strategy, and everything in between. The Executive MBA is a cohort-based program and is completed in two years on a set, full-time schedule. It consists of 43 credit hours (16 classes); these 43 credit hours are as follows:

  • MGMT 700 — Management Perspectives (1 credit hour)
  • MGMT 701 — Statistical Analysis for Management Decisions (3 credit hours)
  • MGMT 702 — Financial Reporting Systems (3 credit hours)
  • MGMT 704 — Economics for Managers (3 credit hours)

  • MGMT 708 — Contemporary Ethical and Legal Issues for Organizations (3 credit hours)

EMBA Advisement Information

Wrap-around services integrated into the program for students in all EMBA tracks include textbooks, course registration, catering during the week-long immersions and on-site support. We also offer tutors within the Anderson School of Management and UNM, for various subjects including statistics, accounting, and a dedicated communications professional to assist with writing assignments.
