I am very proud to say I started at Anderson. People will ask me how I learned all of what I know about entrepreneurship, innovation, start-ups, spin-outs and technology transfer. I say I was on the ground floor when Anderson launched this field of education - and it provided me with a profession for the next 30 years. I learned team building and collaboration. Our faculty encouraged it by assigning projects in teams. There was a sense of comfort and learning with each other that quite honestly I have not experienced at other universities I later attended. When I return to campus, I am amazed at the consistent quality of students Anderson is producing.
