Eugene F. Stone-Romero (Ph.D., University of California, Irvine) is a Research Professor in the Department of Organizational Studies at the Anderson School of Management, University of New Mexico. He is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Association for Psychological Science, and the American Psychological Association. He served as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Applied Psychology and as a member of numerous editorial boards. Stone-Romero received (a) the Distinguished Career Award from the Research Methods Division of the Academy of Management, (b) the Thomas Mahoney Career Mentoring Award from the Human Resource Division of the Academy of Management, and (c) the Kenneth and Mamie Clark Award from the American Psychological Association of Graduate Students. He is the author of over 125 journal articles and edited book chapters. His journal articles have appeared in such outlets as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Performance, Personnel Psychology, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, the Academy of Management Journal, and Research in Personnel and Human Resources Management. His book chapters have dealt with such issues as research methods, statistical methods, human resources management, industrial and organizational psychology, and organizational behavior.
