ANDERSON SCHOOLS HOSTS 15TH ANNUAL CAREER FAIR

ALBUQUERQUE – The Robert O. Anderson Schools of Management at The University of New Mexico will host its 15th Annual Career Fair on Tuesday, September 26, 2000 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Fair will be held on campus at Johnson Center.

It will provide undergraduate and graduate students an excellent opportunity to meet with recruiters and to learn about career opportunities with over 70 local, regional and national firms such as Andersen Consulting, Citibank, Ford Motor Company, IBM, Intel, John Hancock Financial Services, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, State Farm and Target. Company participation is up 30% over last year and new participants include 3M, America West Airlines, Dell Computer Corporation, Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa and PNM.

The Career Fair is a campus-wide event open to all UNM students. “This is a great opportunity to network with employers, explore career options and submit your resume for internship and full-time positions,” said Drew Parsons, Manager of Advisement and Placement.
