UNM Announces Executive MBA Open House

November 4, 2002

The Management Development Center at UNM's Anderson Schools of Management will hold a free information session for prospective students interested in the Executive MBA program. The session will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2002, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Marriott Hotel, 2101 Louisiana NE at I-40.

Those seriously considering the EMBA program are also invited to attend a free GMAT workshop. The workshop will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2002, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Anderson Schools of Management, UNM Campus, 1924 Las Lomas NE. The workshop will help you to prepare for this standardized test which the Anderson Schools use as part of the graduate admissions process.

The Executive MBA program is a unique master's degree in business administration designed for high-potential executives, professionals, middle managers and entrepreneurs who hold undergraduate degrees in any field and have at least three years of significant work experience. The two-year program prepares participants to assume increasing levels of responsibility in today’s global economy -- without interrupting their careers. The EMBA program begins once each year in late June, and classes are scheduled every-other-weekend on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings. The program is nationally accredited by the AACSB-International, a distinction held by only the top 20 percent of business schools in the country.

To reserve a seat at the open house or the GMAT workshop, or if you would like more information, please contact the Management Development Center at 277-2525.
