ANDERSON SCHOOLS FACULTY MEMBER TO BE HONORED BY UNM LIBRARIES

Shama has been at The Anderson Schools since 1983 and was named Rutledge Professor of Marketing in 1999. UNM President F. Chris Garcia recently appointed Professor Shama as special adviser on economic development issues for the University.
The ceremony honoring Shama will be held from 3 to 4 p.m. on Thursday, December 12 in the Willard Reading Room of Zimmerman Library on the UNM campus. During the ceremony, Shama will give a brief presentation on economic development, followed by a question-and-answer session.
Other Anderson Schools faculty previously honored with this award include Richard Reid, Allen Parkman, Dwight Grant, and Jeanne Logsdon.
