UNM Announces Last Executive MBA Open House

April 23, 2003

The Management Development Center at UNM will hold a final open house for prospective students interested in the Executive MBA program. This last spring recruiting event will be held on Saturday, May 3, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on UNM's main campus at the Anderson Schools of Management, 1924 Las Lomas NE.

Those seriously considering the Executive MBA program are also invited to attend a free GMAT preparation workshop on Monday, May 5, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the New Mexico State Bar, located at 5121 Masthead NE in the Journal Center. The workshop will help applicants prepare for this standardized test, which the Anderson Schools use as part of their graduate admissions process.

The Executive MBA program is a unique master's degree in business administration (MBA) designed for high-potential professionals, middle managers and entrepreneurs who hold undergraduate degrees in any field and have at least three years of significant work experience. The two-year program begins once each year in late June, and classes are conveniently scheduled every-other-weekend on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings to minimize career disruption. The program is nationally accredited by the AACSB International, a distinction held by only the top 20 percent of business schools in the country.
