The UNM Anderson School of Management Foundation Board is pleased to announce the honorees to its 2013 Hall of Fame.

The Anderson Hall of Fame honors alumni whose distinguished careers serve as a model to the next generation of business leaders. Candidates are selected for their professional success, contribution to community involvement, and an ongoing commitment to continuing education. UNM Anderson will celebrate and honor its new members at the Hall of Fame Banquet and Ceremony on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at the Embassy Suites.

The outstanding honorees for the evening are:

Hall of Fame Honorees:
Richard J. Berry, Mayor of Albuquerque
John W. Brown, President and CEO, Silent Falcon UAS Technologies
Kimberly E. Peña, Principal, REDW LLC

Young Alumni Honorees:
Tim Nisly, COO, Rio Grande Community Development Corporation
Anthony L. Montoya, Jr., Chief Engineer, Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority
Erik Baca, Finance Controller, Intel Corporation

Young Alumni honorees are 40 years of age and under who have distinguished themselves in the short time since graduating from the Anderson School.

Leslie Boni, Anderson Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Finance, International, Technology and Entrepreneurship (FITE) will receive the Community Leadership Award, and Technology Ventures Corporation (TVC) will be honored with the Distinguished Service Award.

This is the 24th year for the event that celebrates the best and brightest UNM Anderson alumni, faculty and community leaders. The theme of this year’s event is Night of Stars. The Hall of Fame evening begins at 6:00 pm, followed by dinner and the induction ceremony at 7:00 pm.

Funds raised at the dinner go to support student success at the Anderson School of Management. Corporate sponsorship opportunities are available ranging from an event sponsorship level of $10,000 to table sponsors at a cost of $1,200. Individual tickets are $100.
