(Albuquerque, NM) Dr. Robert Del Campo is the new Associate Dean of the UNM Anderson School of Management. He is the Rutledge Professor of Management in the Department of Organizational Studies and serves as a Bill Daniels Business Ethics Fellow.
Dr. DelCampo has published or presented more than 75 papers and is the author of seven books. His current book, Managing the Multi-Generational Workforce: From the GI Generation to the Millennials, looks at each generation and how they relate to each other and specifically how managers can integrate the new generation, the 'Millennials', into the workplace. He has also consulted for more than 25 Fortune 500 companies including Ford, Home Depot, Dell and Intel.
Dr. DelCampo came to UNM Anderson in 2004. He earned his PhD from the
W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and holds MBA and undergraduate degrees from UNM.

"As an alumnus of Anderson and long-time faculty member I have a lot personally invested in the future of our school-I hope this comes across in my passion for our collective opportunities for success. It is my sincere hope that I can serve as an ambassador, mediator and advocate for our students, faculty, staff and programs."
Dr. DelCampo is also well regarded by the student body. Students voted last year and their choice for best professor throughout UNM was Dr. Rob DelCampo.
Anderson Dean Doug Brown looks forward to working with Rob when the fall semester begins on August 20.
"Rob brings excellent leadership skills, a top research and teaching background, and the respect of all of us at Anderson," said Dean Brown.
Dr. DelCampo takes over the position from Dr. Ranjit Bose who served as Associate Dean since January 2011. Dr. Bose has been at UNM Anderson since 1989 and will continue to teach several courses in the area of Management Information Systems.
