We have negotiated a room rate of:
$84 plus tax for a single/double room (tax is 12.63%)
$94 plus tax for a triple/quad room (tax is 12.63%)
The rate includes a free 24-hour shuttle between the Hotel and the Airport. The rooms are spacious and include coffee makers, ironing boards and irons, hair driers, large work areas, a 42" TV, and free Internet access.
The main Conference Dinner on the evening of April 7th will also be held at the Hotel.
We will provide a shuttle between the Hotel and Conference site.

Please include your name, check-in & checkout dates, the type of room you are requesting (single/double or triple/quad), your credit card information and check-in time.
When making your reservation, please state that you are a 2010 QRM conference delegate to ensure that you get the conference rate. The hotel will honor the conference rate 3 days before and 3 days after the conference.
We have reserved a block of rooms at this rate, and the rooms will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. So we VERY STRONGLY suggest booking the accommodation as soon as you can - by March 13, 2010 if at all possible - as after this date we can't guarantee the rate.
