Bio
Dr. Marchiondo earned her B.A. in Marketing and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and her Ph.D. in Psychology (organizational emphasis) from the University of Michigan. She was an Assistant Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Wayne State University prior to joining the faculty at UNM.

Her research centers on interpersonal mistreatment at work (e.g., incivility, ageism, discrimination), leadership, and diversity in organizations. Dr. Marchiondo serves on the Editorial Boards of the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business and Psychology, and Psychology of Women Quarterly. She has published articles in journals such as The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business and Psychology, and Work, Aging, and Retirement.
