The Journal is a new, peer reviewed research journal focusing on topics that relate to Hispanic business professionals, managers, and executives as well as managers, executives, diversity professionals, and others who manage or work with Hispanic business professionals. The Journal serves to act as a medium between practice and academic research. The National Society of Hispanic MBAs will launch the publication this year.
Del Campo teaches human resources management at Anderson and is a member of the Academy of Management.
