Ann Rhoades presents a systematic model for transforming an organization on Thursday, January 20 at 7:30 a.m. as part of the UNM Anderson School of Management Business to Business Breakfast Series.

Rhoades is a dynamic and visionary Human Resources Executive with more than 25 years experience in a variety of service–based industries. In her presentation, Rhoades will discuss strategies for empowering people and building successful cultures from her new book Built on VALUES: Creating an Enviable Culture that Outperforms the Competition. Her talk will be followed by a book signing, just two days after the national release of the publication. Copies of Built on VALUES will be available for purchase at a cost of $22.00. Cash and checks will be accepted.

Ann Rhoades is a popular, nationally recognized speaker on the subject of customer service and how to build a strong service culture. She was part of the team that launched JetBlue and helped Southwest Airlines and Doubletree Hotels become known throughout the world for their high performing cultures. She is the founding Executive Vice President of People, JetBlue Airways and President of People Ink and is currently heading up the search committee for New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez to find three new cabinet members. Rhoades earned her MBA from the Anderson School of Management.

The Business to Business Breakfast Series will be held in the Jackson Student Center just west of the Anderson School and seating is limited.
