Anderson Mentorship Program

Engaged alumni and community participants can expect to build relationships with current Anderson students and develop coaching, communication, and leadership skills by sharing experiences and knowledge of life after Anderson. Mentors will be paired with undergraduate students in the Management (MGMT) 398: Career Management Skills course. MGMT 398 is a course for undergraduate students designed to help students develop career management skills to prepare for entrance into the professional job market. Emphasis on cover letters, resumes, interviewing skills, networking, job search and career development and planning.
