- Rebecca Baca

“I have learned how to start thinking about my long-term career goals, from creating 100-day plans to 10-year goals. My coach has held various executive positions in his career and has been a great resource for me to understand how CEO’s and COO’s think about their company and employees. It has been beneficial for me to be able to talk to a professional outside of my industry and organization because he is able to provide new perspectives and guidance that I hadn’t thought about before.”
