New Faculty at Anderson
Dr. Lisa Marchiondo is an assistant professor in Organizational Behavior. She earned her B.A. in Marketing and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, and her Ph.D. in Psychology (organizational emphasis) from the University of Michigan. As a graduate student, Lisa interned at Google and at the Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan. She was an assistant professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Wayne State University in Detroit prior to joining the faculty at UNM.
Lisa's research centers on interpersonal mistreatment (e.g., workplace incivility, discrimination), leadership, and diversity in organizations. Her work has appeared in journals such as The Leadership Quarterly and she recently had papers accepted at the Journal of Business and Psychology and Harvard Business Review. Lisa currently teaches Organizational Behavior and Diversity (MGMT 306).
Dr. Evelyn R. Micelotta is an assistant professor in Strategic Management. She earned a Ph.D. in Management Engineering from Milan Polytechnic (Italy) and a Ph.D. in Strategic Management and Organization from the University of Alberta (Canada).
Evelyn's research interests include institutional and organizational dynamics of maintenance and change, family business strategy, and Open Access in higher education publishing. Her work has been published in journals such as Academy of Management Annals, Organization Studies and Family Business Review. She teaches Strategic Management at the MBA level (MGT 598).
